How to Raise a Dispute – Step-by-Step Guide
  1. Log Into your Account
  2. Navigate to the Resolution Centre from your account dashboard.
  3. Start a New Dispute and follow the step-by-step process to create a dispute. Only customers with paid orders can raise disputes.
  4. Once submitted, your dispute will be assigned a unique case number. All communication related to the dispute will be stored under this case.

Most issues can be settled through communication, so contact us as soon as you notice a problem.
